It was my greatest pleasure to be a part of the launch of the symbolic Jamaica Collaboration Society Silicon Valley on January 13, 2020 in California. I strongly believe that in terms of the vision to advancing the Jamaican community globally, we have now taken a big step forward. This new Silicon Valley-based diasporic initiative has a dedicated and hardworking team of strong technology and business professionals which augurs well for supporting Jamaica's growth at an international scale. As one of several dedicated volunteer groups in the North American region, the Jamaica Collaboration Society Silicon Valley is part of a rich ecosystem for building public and private sector partnerships through education and community engagements.
